No.4 finish:
The application verticals of this finish to name a few are in cookware,furniture,elevator,architectural decoration,revolving door,exterior decoration etc.
It applies to 0.4mm -3.0mm stainless steel sheet
Roll wheel deliver with worm-driven ,adjusting speed and frequency conversion with steady transmission.
The platform is able to up and down , and move horizontally,so it is easy to adjust and fix the machine.
Using electric grinder frequency control, the choice of long and short profile of sand, and its highest rotating speed is 300RPM.
Grinding with oil-water mixture, making the sheet has little deformation ,improve working life of the belt with high grinding efficiency, the biggest processing quantity for one set of abrasive belt..
Light, electrical, gas controlling the belt swing to the center, easy to adjust the swing, and furnished with auto brake protector.
Grinding roll up and down ,digital control can show the figures on the screen , it is accurate to 1c, the machine have memory function, it can adjust itself automatically when input the thickness of the sheet.
