From the video, we exported the No.8 buffing machine to USA. The No.8 production with the 12 groups of the buffing machine, including the 120 spindles of the grinding head in it.
During the buffing, it need to provide the water and the grinding material, grinding liquid to process the plate. The highest speed of the buffing machine could be 10 min/ min. The production of the line will be more than 700 kg / month.
And the then after buffing, it need to cover the film to protect the surface, un-feeding the plate by the automatic suck plate.
Product Description
1) 8K Mirror polishing machine specialize in buffing the surface of the sheet and coil with the water and Al2O3, let the sheet and coil sanding pattern is mirror.
2) After finishing, the craft of surface, Gloss is over 620.6 (Before 525.8) and the surface roughness is below 0.15μm .

5) And the production line should cover more than 40*8 m square meters.
6) The kinds of rough group, because of the craft of the mirror in different line, it can adjust the suitable rough group by their selves, and the rough group is not unchanged.
7) The grinding head change to the new ones, need to clean the dirty stuff to keep the buffing results.
The final surface is blemish free with a high degree of image clarity and is the true mirror finish.
