This is sheet to sheet buffing machine in No.8 sanding pattern.
The fully automatic vacuum plate for the stianless steel polishing machine, it suck the plate to the transmit table, then the transmit table fetch the plate into the main machine.
The No.8 buffing machine process the plate with the grining head by high speed rotating, the liquid and the grinding material to help process the plate.
After processing, the process procedure of the plate is cleaning and drying the plate.
Finally, it covered with the laminating film and un-feeding by the automatic suck vacuum plate.

Product details
1) The 8K Mirror polishing machine specialize in buffing the surface of the sheet and coil with the water and Al2O3, let the sheet and coil sanding pattern is mirror.
2) The Surface Gloss is over 620.6 after finished. (Before 525.8)
3) The surface roughness is below 0.15.
4) The speed of the machine is very slow, in order to keep the sheet and coil under the enough mechanical reaction.
5) Whole of the production line, the main production of the 8K is over 700 Ton/ once month.
6) And the production line should cover more than 40*8 square meters.
7) The grinding head change to the new ones, need the sheet to clean the dirty stuff to keep the buffing result, the final operation being done with extremely fine buffing compounds. The final surface is blemish free with a high degree of image clarity and is the true mirror finish.

Test and management system
Before the installing the production line, we have our QC to check with the stainless steel assemble parts for the each part of the machine, the QC is responsible for the fitting quality until the line shipment delivery.
After finished, we will check the function of the each main machine by electricity, even some buyer will come to our factory to check the processing crafts on the spot.
