Before the install, we provide the CAD diagram of the buffing production line, then the foundation of the whole line, suitable for the production line, with the correct direction and the position of the filter system.
During the manufacturing the buffing machine, we provide the accurate fitting part of main machine, then before the shipment, the stainless steel polishing machine would be test the each function of the line though the electricity.
When the stainless steel buffing line arrive the destination, then we arrange the engineer to provide the after sale service of technique, installed the whole line and the electricity cabinet, the operation cooperating practice.
Packaging & Shipping
Packaging: all of the machine, equipment and spare parts spray the rustproof oil, cover with oil paper and plastic film.
